I have spent my entire weekend reading through the comments, trying every fix that you say is going to work, uninstalling and re-installing- which by the way deleted my library despite you stating it would not, so then I had to reload everything and guess what!? STILL DOES NOT WORK. I spent hours getting my music onto your site for absolutely no reason. I have done every single thing in the comments you have said to do, deleted temp file, downloaded updates and nothing fixes this problem.

I downloaded all of my music into your library which took forever, now EVERY single time I try to convert the WMA file to a MP3 I get the same error as everyone else- RealConverter has stopped working. I have been messing with this all day long and I am so frustrated at this point.
